The press is designed for pressing meet and sausages. In case of meat it is possible to extract water and plasma up to 30% of its initial weight, and in case of sausages (mostly salami type) it allows forming its shape. For pressing we use compressed air, and pressing time can be set individually for each product. The texture of meat is not damaged in the course of pressing. The use of press significantly reduces the manufacturing time of long-curing products.
We manufacture various versions and variants of trolleys. We always take into account the expectations and needs of our customers.
Cutting tables in various sizes, we always manufacture according to customer’s order in two variants: one-sided and double-sided. Tables are fitted with cutting boards made of polypropylene panel and adjustable feet in legs.
